Upgrade StorageZotero iPad annotations missing — Zotero Sync issue?
Hello,
Yesterday I spent a good few hours scribbling marginalia to turn into proper notes today, but when I tried opening the files on my Mac and iPad, no annotations were present, and the date modified is wrong. My best guess is that it has synced and overwritten the marked up file on my iPad. I could be mistaken but I think it is possible the files may have opened to the same page they were previously opened to.
Is there some way to recover this? I checked the .Bak files on my Mac and no annotations there, and don't seem to be on the Web Library either. Heartbreakingly I had an idea to restore an iCloud backup on my iPad, but at that very moment a backup from earlier today was overwritten.
Love Zotero and this is my first major problem, so hoping not to need to redo hours of work

If you can't find what you're looking for, provide the zotero.org URL after clicking the relevant item in the web library.
That makes sense, I didn't think they'd be overwritten like that, but its strange that all three files I annotated on the same day went missing.

If you're saying you annotated these three other items on the 14th, do you recall if you did so while offline? Is there any chance that you logged out of the app and then logged back in?
To be clear, by "scribbling marginalia", you're referring to the ink annotation tool in the built-in reader?
