Zotero word plugin mac

I have set up the Zotero app and have now purchased Word so that I can use both together. Every time I click on “Install Microsoft Add-in,” nothing happens. Now I can’t connect the two. What can I do? (It’s on my MacBook)

    macOS should be showing you a permissions prompt that allows Zotero to perform the installation. If you're not seeing that, it's possible you accidentally denied access the first time. You can try deleting Zotero from Applications and reinstalling from the download page. Your data won't be affected.

    If you're still having trouble after that, provide a Debug ID for an attempt that fails.

    If you can't get it to work, you could perform a manual installation, but it would be better to get it to install automatically.
