How add a website?

I'm trying to add a website but I don't see that as an option on the long list of source material types. How do I add that? It is not a blog post, but an organization's website.

Secondly, I will be citing an online encyclopedia. Would I use the "Encyclopedia" as the source or the "website" (once I figure out how to do that)?

I'd generally use encyclopedia for online encyclopedia's, though it honestly doesn't matter greatly
