What happened to the retractions?

Over time my Zotero database accumulated about a dozen retractions. I never deleted them, just held on to the records as a reminder never to use. With the most recent upgrade, most of the retractions were eliminated, with the exception of two. Were the others deleted? Or did the database get fundamentally changed and now they lurk there unmarked? Is there a way to scan the database for retractions??

Should have deleted them when they were first identified but...

I might be wrong about your case, but with the last update it took Zotero a few hours to re-label all the retracted items in my database as such. The items were not deleted; they were still in the database. They just were not labeled as Retracted initially.

You may need to wait a bit some time before all your retracted items appear under "Retracted Items".
  • Thanks. I closed and restarted Zotero and the retraction scan found everything.
