My Ipad does not update my subcollections

Hello,

I have been using subcollections to organize my research (read, unread etc) and on my computer I organize and put files into the correct subcollections. However, when I use Zotero on my Ipad, the subcollections are empty yet it is syncing because I add files to my library and they show up on my Ipad. Just not categorized in the subcollections I created.

    Hey @greenappleaddiction, can you please clarify, where are in the iPad instead, the items that should be categorized in a subcollection? Just All Items, in Unfilled Items, in the parent of the subscollection, not synced at all?
    Which version of the iOS app do you use, and which desktop one?
    In the desktop app do you have enabled or disabled View > Show Items from Subcollections?

    Hello, thank you for your answer. Yes, I mean the items should be in the sub collections that are created and filled on my computer. The subcollections exist but the files are not organized in them on my IPad. My computer app is 7.0.30 and my Ipad is 2.0.0. I did indeed enable view items from sub collections on my computer and IPad.

    Since the files are not at all in your iPad, please check https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing and proceed accordingly.

    Hello, the files are indeed on my Ipad, just not organized in my newest subcollections I created on my computer.

    Got it. Can you please provide screenshots of the discrepancy between the two different clients?
