Upgrade StorageCaptcha verification failure
When I try to log into my account, I get an error message: Captcha verification failed.
I saw in previous posts in the forum that others had this problem and I've tried the following solutions:
1. turn off extensions
2. update
3. clear cache/cookies
These have not worked and now I can only use Zotero in incognito mode. Any other suggestions to fix this problem?

You have had several successful logins today, and only a single failed captcha. In that case, it was reported that it had timed out or was a duplicate, which may indicate that you left the page open for a little while before submitting, which caused the failure.
