The files dont open in the iphone

    Actually, from your other thread, you're just syncing with the wrong account. There's no data in the account you're posting from, and you haven't synced this account with the desktop app.

    Check your username from the Sync settings in the desktop app to see the correct account. You should then email storage@zotero.org to have the storage subscription on this account transferred to that account. You'll then want to delete this empty account.

    The sync problem as u see in the desktop, i got more storage 2 GB but refused to sync any of the files at all! when I click on the open the account setting it looks empty on the web.
