Segmentation fault on using Libreoffice plugin

Zotero crashes when interacted with from a libreoffice plugin with the error:

/usr/bin/zotero: line 20: 146685 Segmentation fault "$CALLDIR/zotero-bin" -app "$CALLDIR/app/application.ini" "$@"

Found nothing about it in the troubleshooting pages.

    How did you install Zotero?

    The latest version I tried is 7.0.30 from zotero-deb package.

    Also tried snap and flatpak variations, could never go further than this crash. It's also frustrating that no real logs are printed, except this message.

    Is there a way to extract more meaningful logs/crash logs?
