Cannot verify Koofr WEBDAV sync on ipad iOS - Debug Log: D1355941798

I cannot get the Zotero 2.0.0 version on ipad IOS 18.7.3 to verify my Koofr Webdav connection. I have no trouble doing this on my mac (Sequoia) and iphone, currently on IOS 26 (which I hate so I hope I don’t have to also update my ipad)

I have posted the full sync Debug Log: D1355941798. Does it show anything useful?

I have tried to verify for several days without success as well as changing the password on Koofr but it makes no difference. I also tried deleting and reinstalling Zotero, but again that makes no difference.

By the way, when I try to view the logs myself on Zotero it shows a blank screen so only you have access to them apparently. If there is a workaround to this please let me know!

I will be very grateful for your help.

    Just to clarify, I do not get an error notification when trying to verify. It just tries to do this forever and then it times out.

    You provided a Debug ID for data sync, not WebDAV verification. Are you having a problem with data syncing or with WebDAV verification? We'd have to see a Debug ID for the latter if that's the issue.

    I am sorry, I thought WebDAV verification was part of data sync. But miraculously I tried again just now (without changing any of the connection info) in order to get you a new debug ID and verification worked instantly.

    I saved the following two debug IDs earlier today, in case they provide any clues as to why verification didn’t work previously. But I can’t guarantee they are not also data sync debug IDs.
