It freezes and shuts itself. Even after cleaning up the cache and reinstalling, it's repeating on my Android tablet where I usually do the reading for my grad school. Help, please!
Thanks for your response! :D No, it doesn't give me a report ID, just the message "Zotero isn't responding. Close app / Wait." Waiting didn't solve the problem. :(

My PC app works just fine, but I have problems with my Samsung tablet/phone.

Can you check what version of the app you have installed? (Settings → Apps → Zotero → scroll down to bottom)
