How to make child items automatically inherit all the tags of the parent?

The title says it all. Most of my child items are notes items and attachment items. How can I make these child items automatically inherit the tags of the parent item?

    You can't. What is your use case more specifically?

    Usually I have several child items attached to a given primary item. If I can add modifiers to the tags of these child items with the base being the same tag as the parent item, then I can quickly locate the child item. Example:- if the child items inherit the tag "parent_tag" from the parent item and one of the attachments has the tag "parent_tag_child1" then I should be able to quickly locate this attachment by searching for "parent_tag_child1"
