upgraded storage but still can't add new articles

Hi, I paid for the upgraded storage and I have downloaded the latest version and made sure to sync online and desktop app and I am still getting an error message in my library saying it is at max capacity and can't add more articles.
Any suggestions.

  • You have space available for your own library, but the group library you're a member of is at its capacity. You purchased storage under this account, but the group is owned by a different Zotero account.

    The owner of the group can transfer it to you so that it will use your storage.
    https://www.zotero.org/groups > Manage Profile > Transfer Ownership.

    Or you can email storage@zotero.org with details and we can transfer the storage subscription to the other account.
