I am using the Manchester University Notes style. I have noticed with repeat references that the Ibid note is sometimes appearing with double commas before the page number and sometimes not.

I cannot see what is different between those references that get the extra comma. This is happening across multiple different sources. I have tried switching back and forth between styles, but that has not fixed it. I would welcome any suggestions. Thanks!
