Word for Windows Zotero plugin: buttons in Word are not working

Hello,

When I click on « Add/Edit citation », « Add/Edit Bibliography » or « Document Preferences » in the Zotero Tab in Word, it doesn’t work, nothing happen. I tried this solution several times, with my security software disabled: https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_manual_installation#manually_installing_the_zotero_word_processor_plugin

This solution doesn’t work for my case. What could I try please?

My setup: Microsoft® Word pour Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2511 Build 16.0.19426.20186) 64 bits

Thank you very much, it's working. What made the difference was not the procedure itself (because I've already tried to do it without result), but the fact that Zotero was running in administrator mode. I removed this option, restarted my computer, and it worked right away.
