"Add to Zotero" item in Windows Explorer context menu?

Is it possible to have an "add to Zotero" item in the Windows Explorer context menu? Or perhaps more than one type of Zotero action would be useful.

It is recommended to add items to Zotero using the Save to Zotero button of the Zotero web browser extension from the primary webpage:

If you only have the local PDF file, you can do a drag and drop of the file into Zotero:

(But we do plan to make it possible to open PDFs/EPUBs via Zotero in order to import them and run metadata retrieval, so it will show up in the "Open with" menu at that point.)
