At the beginning, there is a sync storage problem. So I registered a contract account including 25GB capacity and changed sync way from Zetero to WebDAV both in client and ios. There was a progress bar in each file when I download on ios before and the download speed was quickly. Now I have to wait many time, without any progress feedback or debug ID.One pdf cost almost 20min to download, just like no response.
Can you try providing a Debug ID of you just starting the download and then waiting for a minute or two? You don't have to wait for 20 minutes for the file to download.
Anyway if the download is slow and you're using WebDAV, it might be an issue with your WebDAV provider. Or is it slow only on iOS?
You used the "Start Full Sync Debugging" feature which is not helpful here. Please check the steps here. After you start debug logging try downloading some PDF and waiting for a while before tapping the stop button.
So there doesn't seem to be an issue with the download itself, if the download finishes, but it takes a long time, it might be either your internet connection or the WebDAV provider issue.
Few more things to check: - Does it take long time to download on all devices? Is it slow on your computer as well? - Can you try different internet connection? If you have mobile data for example, or just wired connection vs wireless. - Can you test with a small file? Maybe those files you're trying to download are just big?
Anyway this doesn't seem to be an issue with the iOS app itself. It looks like those files are being downloaded, but we can't influence the download speed.
