Zotero - slow/not opening pdfs

Hello,

Since the zotero update I have been having an issue with the pdf viewer being insanely slow (10+ minutes or it just never working - to open a pdf). On the pdfs that do load text, the text will often disappear. I didn't have this issue before the update

    Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”). Does that help?

    Does this happen for all PDFs or only some? If only some, can you provide a link to a PDF for which it happens?

    We'll also want a Report ID.

    Troubleshooting mode did not help - it happens with all the pdfs. Report ID: 19365761

    The pdf previews are fine

    Can you provide a link to a PDF that's slow and a Debug ID for opening it in the reader and it taking a long time?
