No long citatation available

can someone help me please? Today I started with zotero. Why I can´t get a long citatation? I had the metadatas, the korrekt infos on the right side and in the menü does not exist citatation. I´m so frustrated.

I sit for 2 hours now...

    It's not clear what you're referring to here. Take a picture of what you're describing and say more in your native language.

    If you are using APA style and referring to it always citing with “Author et al.” instead of listing multiple authors on the first citation, note that APA changed this rule in 7th edition.
