Failure to grab PDF

I was using the extension to grab PDFs and add them to my library and it is not working. I have gone through the process of redownloading both the extension and the app but it is still not working.

No, this just looks like this is a PDF loaded from your local disk (the URL will start with file:).
If that's indeed the case, the connector can't access those
