First time user trying to change from Mendeley to Zotero.

I have a very large library that I use offline with a structure I want like to keep. I have the pdfs organized in renamed files on a single folder. It is easier for me to have the pdfs like that.

I was looking at the Zotero file system and I honestly do not like it. One folder with random name for each file does not make sense to me and as such hinders my workflow.

Is there a way for me to configure the file system so that all the renamed files are on the same folder?

Mendeley had a file organizer system that did that.
