Upgrade StorageBoox Note Air 5C - Zotero
Hi all,
I've recently started using Boox, and I was able to bind it to my Zotero account. The problem is that some of the pdfs that I have uploaded to my Zotero account cannot be downloaded on Boox. It received "download error" for those PDFs. Do you have any idea about the reason why I'm able to download, read, and annotate some of the pdf files but not others?

mertaydemirThank you for the response. I’m using the built-in integration. The problem is solved when I download the latest system update. I didn’t think at first instance that I should update the system as I bought the device a few days ago.
