Upgrade StorageSync issue

I have Sync issue, I have entered the correct user-name and password, but it does not log in in desktop application for Syncing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

dstillmanYou likely just tried too many times with the wrong password and were temporarily blocked. Wait a bit or reset your password and try again.
