Upgrade Storage"add by identifier":giving the doi of NIST 8356 does not download pdf and is missing authors
So when I give the doi "10.6028/NIST.IR.8356" it creates a mostly correct entry, but three of the four authors are missing and the pdf is not downloaded - eventhough the doi link leads directly to the pdf

Not sure of what this is an issue, so reporting it here
If looking at the document properties with firefox, the authors are all there though:

For the PDF, the DOI isn't listed as open-access in Unpaywall, which Zotero uses to find OA PDFs.
