Upgrade StorageWord Error - Citation Issues
Two issues - help please!
When I go to add a footnote, it highlights the *next* footnote so that I would be overwriting the subsequent one, and in the footnote I'm actually trying to add, the text {Citation} appears. The only workaround I have is to quit and restart Zotero for *each new citation* (not workable).

My colleague is also able to add page references when he's choosing his reference, but my version does not allow me. The page numbers disappear when I click return and i've no way to add them in house style for my thesis.
I have checked and I have both the uptodate versions of both Word and Zotero running. Help please!

Regarding 2, create a separate issue and describe precisely what you're doing, or include a screen recording.

Thanks for the link about troubleshooting. Can you advise when it says" In Word Options → Advanced, make sure “Typing replaces selected text” is checked." I don't see Word Options - Advanced. Is this called something else on Word for Macs?
