An error occurred while saving this document. See Troubleshooting converter issues for more details.
Hello,
I am working with zotero 5.0.190 on my Mac with Chrome and Safari and there is an issue with Science Direct website while trying to retrieving documents into my zotero workspace.
I have no other issue with any kind of website, for instance pubMed.
I have this message when I try to save several documents from Science Direct : "An error occurred while saving this document. See Troubleshooting converter issues for more details."
I also have the logs from the connector, here is the ID of the submitted report : 991266963 or 734895841.
It seems Science Direct enters in error 429 because there is too much documents to save and my IP address is instantly blocked to avoid too much requests.
After a few minutes, I can try to save for example 10 documents, without any guaranty that it will be successful.
What can I do to solve this problem? If the issue comes from Science Direct, Does Zotero can do something to help me?
I can also provide the output debug document from Zotero after trying to save documents but no issue appears.
Thank by advance.

adamsmithIt sounds like you're rapidly downloading lots of content from ScienceDirect? Not much you or Zotero can do then -- Sciencedirect has put in technical measure to prevent that (mostly to keep out bots); Zotero tried to reasonable work with some of them, but would never be able to circumvent a 429 (i.e., 'too many requests') error.
