HELP LINKAGE OF WEBLINKS

Hi! I have 3 days trying to fix this. I am using Zotero and Word on MAC,. For some reason all my hyperlinks are not links any more. They are just text. And when I hover over the bibliography its all grey. I have read everything and am about to give up.

The number is the text are grey when I hover over them but they dont tell me what they are. Im about to give up on my work after months. Can anyone help me?

    (Never spend more than 30 mins -- probably less -- on a problem before asking for help here).

    Zotero has
    a) never hyperlinked URLs in the bibliography and
    b) never linked citations to the bibliography in a document

    so it doesn't actually look like anything is all that unusual and there is no 'any more' to this -- this would never have been different.

    There are some threads on b) with solutions, but they are a good bit more involved.
