Blank page in PDF viewer

Issue Description: After opening a PDF file in the software, the PDF viewer becomes noticeably sluggish. Scrolling through the document often results in significant lag, and some pages fail to render properly, appearing blank suddenly. This issue occurs consistently across multiple PDF files and makes it difficult to browse the document smoothly. (The PDF size is not big, usually 9-20 pages)

martynas_b@Amalie1003 You may also want to switch to the 64-bit version of Zotero, since you're currently using the 32-bit build, which limits how much memory Zotero can access.

Amalie1003Thank you for your suggestion. I wonder whether the switch can only be completed by uninstalling the 32-bit version and reinstalling 64-bit.
