Endnote to Zotero with Attachements

Hello!

Looking for help transferring an endnote library with to Zotero and keeping PDF attachments. When I follow the export procedure I have found online using XML, all of the references transfer, but none of the attachments. Any advice appreciated!

    From How do I import from EndNote?:
    This is important! Zotero will look for file attachments in a directory relative to the location of the exported XML file. If you save this file in the wrong spot, file attachments won't be included when you import into Zotero.
    Is it your case?

    I have tried troubleshooting this, the XML file is in the .data folder where the PDF folder is stored, but PDF's still don't upload
