Files not loading on Zotero Desktop Application

I have been having this issue recently where I go to open a file on the Zotero Desktop Application and the file is there, and it opens but it does not load all the way. I can typically only view the first page and then the other pages are white as if it is struggling to load the article but the article is a hard copy downloaded to a folder on my desktop.
  • Is this happening for all files, or only some?

    Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”)?

    If so, can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing it?
