  • - My Zotero desktop app is open
    - My Zotero connector plugin is enabled on chrome
    - I did a search on PubMed
    - I clicked on the Zotero folder icon to save all my search results
    - After clicking "Select all, Save", I receive an error message stating that there is an issue with the translator.

    You might just be getting rate-limited by PubMed. You're trying to save hundreds of items at once. The request it's making — for 200 items — works for me as an independent request, but it's getting blocked or interrupted for you, either by PubMed or something else (e.g., security software on your computer or network).

    If you've been saving lots of items at once, you should try with fewer items or wait a while and try again.
