Receipt without payment information

Dear all,

last year I purchased unlimited storage for our institution. On the receipt the company name was written so I could hand it in to our internal processes. After the renewal a few days ago I got a receipt without these information. Could that be adapted?

    Nothing has changed with these. You'll receive a very simple emailed receipt from our payment provider (Stripe) when the payment is successfully completed. You can access a more detailed receipt/paid invoice from your storage settings. There is a link at the top to "View Receipts" with the last several years available.
