Your logs show successful sync. Can you access your data on web library? Can you follow

I read and understood the guide. My sync icon is red and it says "I have reached Zotero storage quota" but I have purchased storage 2-3 days ago and only 12 Mb is used in it. If I click "open account setting" in zotero app from my laptop, it will direct me to web account so Iam sure that Iam syncing data from right account. however, username in zotero app is different "Akshay_RB" and in web it is "Akshay_bhutaraddi".

Yeah, you're looking at different accounts. email storage@zotero.org and request that they transfer your storage subsription to the Akshay_RB account (though before doing that, make sure you can actually log into that account.
