Need Help: Zotero's "add citation" feature producing inconsistent results
Please help. I have used Zotero for several years on Google Docs for APA7 citations on my Windows pc; however, today it started producing citations that were inaccurate in seemingly random ways. First, it started capitalizing everything, even when I had it lowercase in the Zotero library, and even when it showed correct capitalization in my search bar. Next, it started randomly shortening the citation. It will only show two words of the citation and has changed capitalization. This is strange because I have several citations with longer titles that are not shortened.
I have already completed the following troubleshooting steps: 1) Ensure that Zotero library is up to date. 2) Uninstall and reinstall Zotero connector. 3) Open a new document to see if the errors persist (they do). 4) Ensure that the library is syncing with the connector (it is).

Note "Oil Painting" in text but "Oil painting" in the reference list.
Edit: FWIW, though, APA would want you to add Qualtrics as the author in that specific case.
