Find Full Text is not working even I have University IP and subcription access to journal

Hello Zotero support team,

I am running Zotero 7.0.27 (64-bit) on Windows 10. When I right-click on a article name and select "Find Full Text", the Zotero connector never works for Full text PDF downloads with my university IP even if I have access to the PDF.

How can I troubleshoot this? Thanks

    I'm in same boat - it will find full text when I add the citation directly from the Web when I go to the journal, but if I have a collection of citations and click "Find Full Text" it doesn't work. Would love a solution to this.

    @ngodinhnhan: ScienceDirect is just a challenge because of their extremely strict anti-bot protections. It may work better in the Zotero 8 beta.

    @rghertner: Same answer if it's ScienceDirect, but otherwise we'd want to see a Debug ID in a new thread.
