App Not Syncing to Newly Created Group

Hello.

My Zotero app is not syncing a newly created group. I've created the group and added one dummy item. I attempt to refresh my Zotero app, but the new group does not appear under Group Libraries. Other previously created Groups I own or am a member of do appear. I am logged into the same account in both the application and the website. Interestingly, the name of newly created Group Library does appear in the Choose Libraries... list in Settings->Sync. Its checkbox is ticked.

There is a current error ("[JavaScript Error: "Item 27421 not yet loaded"]). I have submitted a report for this, but that does not clear the error in the interface.

I've generated a debug log. Its ID is D901984808.

    I thought it was working, but in fact was not.
  • If you click into all your group libraries before syncing, does that help?
  • Well, how do you do. I tried that earlier, and it didn't work. But, trying it again after your suggestion, it now works. Very odd. Thank you very much.
  • We'll fix. Thanks.
  • (There was a bug if there were unsynced local changes in a library where you no longer have editing permission (e.g., library editing was changed from 'members' to 'admins'). The new group wasn't related.)
