Help please :)

Hi! I am adding a second email to my account and it says 'send email to verify' and i click that, however i have not received any emails (i've checked spam, junk and whatnot!), i've tried logging out and logging back in, etc
could someone help me please?

    Four emails were sent out to your second email address today and haven't bounced. I'm afraid that's all we can tell you. You'll need to ask your mail server administrator. The emails would be coming from do-not-reply@zotero.org.
