Correcting and expanding imported info
I'm new to Zotero and I'm finding nothing that explains how I correct automatically imported info and expand it so that Bibliographic references will be correct. I see how you might correct spelling errors. I can see too how you might add some additional fields, if your item type allows them. But the item types seem quite restrictive. The particular issue I have is with the following work, which needs to be cited using Chicago with footnotes. With the imported info Zotero is citing it as follows:
Jean-Hugues Barthelemy. 'Glossary:Fifty Key Terms in the Works of Gilbert Simondon'. In Gilbert Simondon: Being and Technology. Edinburgh University Press, 2012.
It should really be:
Barthelemy, Jean-Hugues "Glossary:Fifty Key Terms in the Works of Gilbert Simondon." Translated by Arne De Boever. In Gilbert Simondon: Being and Technology, edited by Arne De Boever, Alex Murray, Jon Roffe and Ashley Woodward, 203-31. Edinburgh University Press, 2012.
How do I get Zotero to do what it needs to do?

Generally, metadata for book chapters is often poor, so you should expect to have to manually correct it in Zotero.
