Errors importing/exporting to Research Rabbit (and elsewhere)

For some reason, when I try to export my library (without attachments), as either .csv, .bib or .ris for import in Research Rabbit (mostly to generate a citation network map), I get errors.

I also tried to parse an export with the citation_map Python tool (https://github.com/jaks6/citation_map), and the parse for the full My Library seems to hang without creating the needed nodes and edges files. It works when I choose a smaller collection, but not for the parent collection.
This is true no matter which of the two computers on which I have Zotero installed I use. I'm rebuilding the .sqlite file now, but I wonder if there's a more informative tool for analysing what might be causing these export/import errors in my Zotero database; I have run into this problem in the past.
  • Do I understand that this is failing in Research Rabbit (and citation_map)? Or is the actual export from Zotero stalling? Because if it's failing in the external tools, it seems quite unlikely that Zotero is the problem -- if the export goes through, it almost certainly isn't in a broken format (and CSV export hasn't changed for a long time).

It seems to be failing in both - and also, when I try to export my library to other citation managers. I don't think I've ever successfully exported my full library. (It does create a file, yes, but that file isn't accepted by anything.)
  • You can just inspect the exported file -- all formats Zotero exports into are plain text, so you can open with a text editor.

If you paste the first ~20 lines here we can tell you if something looks amiss, but if Zotero does produce an export at all, I'd guess the issue is somewhere else.
  • I have problem importing into research rabbit through BibTex and import from zotero
