I would like to delete this app, but something is not working properly.

Does anybody know why I can not delete/uninstall this app?

    Can you say more? What exactly are you trying and what's happening? Can you provide some screenshots?

    I see a 38 GB Zotero app (7.0.23) in the "add or remove programs" part, but when i click uninstall, nothing happens.

    I tried installing and deleting but it didn't help. I can not locate the app file. I do not know where it is or how to delete it.

    The size shown is definitely not accurate. Windows just lies sometimes. The program files would be a couple hundred megabytes.

    If the uninstaller isn’t working, just delete C:\Program Files\Zotero and C:\Program Files (x86)\Zotero if they exist. You can then reinstall the app and run the uninstaller normally if you want to.
