trouble linking my old references with the new ones

I recently changed my laptop so am having issues linking my old references with any new one i tried to add. please kindly assist out

Can you say more? How did you move your data to the new computer?
If you used export/import, the new items would be disconnected from any existing citations. See
Transferring a Library
