Upgrade StorageZotero Citation Tool Bar Doesn't Appear
Hello,
I'm working in Microsoft Word and have the Zotero extension added. In Microsoft Word, under the Zotero tab, I click on Add/Edit Citation to add a citation from one of my libraries into a Word doc, the red Zotero toolbar (see link to image below) does not appear. I am working with three monitors and that toolbar does not appear to be hidden behind any windows on my other monitors either - I did look. I looked because on my Windows taskbar, when I hover over the Zotero App, it shows I have two windows open: The Zotero App (with my library - I mean the app not the website) and a Quick Format Citation window. The Quick Format Citation window looks like it might be that red Zotero toolbar open somewhere and I just can't see it. Completely invisible
Previously, when I've been able to get that toolbar to display, it slowly shrinks down to nothing when I type into it to search for a citation.
How do I trouble shoot these two issues?

Can you confirm which version of Zotero you are running (Help > About Zotero on Windows or Zotero > About Zotero on macOS)? Are you using an external monitor with a high refresh rate (e.g., 144Hz)? Also, is this on windows or a mac?
This sounds similar to an issue reported a while ago https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/117023/disappearing-add-citation-bar, which was fixed in a later update.
