30 seconds for every single citation

    Im currently writing my master thesis and the longer my document gets and the more I cite the slower it gets and I ended up on this thread because its frustrating me so much but I guess there's no real solution... this is very annoying, I don't have time to wait 30 secs for every single citation.

    Please start new threads for new issues. I've moved this to a new thread.

    But as in that thread, you should make sure you've disabled "Automatically update citations", and if you're still seeing 30-second updates, provide the Debug ID we ask for there.
