Hi, I am currently unable to use Zotero referencing software on google docs on my chromebook. Every time I try to add a citation or any other item using the zotero extension in google docs it comes up with 'is zotero running', and I am unable to open the troubleshooting website with code 127.0. I don't know how to check the proxy on my laptop I'm just a pharmacy student lol. Have just logged an error report, the ID number is 882209606. I have tried restarting my laptop and reinstalling both the connector and app. I initially didn't get a popup asking me to login with my chrome account to allow zotero access to google docs, but I kept trying and it did eventually give me the pop-up. However it still isn't working despite granting it access to my google account.

Urgent help on this issue would be greatly appreciated as I have a paper due on Monday 10th Nov and am unable to use any citation software currently, including zotero :(
