Your internet connection seems to be unstable, there were a few "The Internet connection appears to be offline." errors. Though I see you started a download, but I don't see a result of that in those logs. What error does the file download show? Can you create a debug log from start (when you tap the file to download it) to finish (when you actually see an error?)
