iOS Debug Log: D276960267

[Describe the issue you're reporting.] Always is loading when I use the app and then it freezes, doesn’t work anymore and I need to restart the app. This is annoying.

    Is it when opening specific documents that the app freezes, or in some other screen?
    Furthermore, can you try the latest update just released, and let us know if it solves your issue?

    Yes, I updated it to the latest version but it didn’t solve the problem. You can see in the picture there is a loading sign at the top of the page and it just froze… didn’t work anymore till you restart the app again…It did the same no matter what article you open.
  • Can you start a debug log before you open the article, close the reader as soon as this loading sign appears, and share the debug log id here?
    Can you also share such an article with us bye mail to support@zotero.org and mention this thread.
    What device do you use? Is there enough free space in it? Furthermore, does the issue persist after restarting the device?
