finally accidentally clicked yes to install 7 and also have to revert
I am still an "old-fashioned" user that focuses on organizing with tags, and essentially _all_ my workflow is broken. I am dependent on a combination of Zutilo shortcuts and then AutoHotKey 'shortcuts' for anything not in Zutilo.
If there aren't ways to navigate between tabs with the keyboard and, most important, add tags with the keyboard, I'll never be able to upgrade.
You've always been able to navigate between tabs with the keyboard, using standard shortcut keys. I'm not sure why you think that's not possible? Zotero 7 is fully keyboard accessible (and has much improved keyboard support in general vs. Zotero 6).
I'll have to try that when I have more time in the future. I spent 5 or 10 minutes to diagnose where the changes were in my workflow and that was all I could commit before looking to revert. As I said, I found I am dependent on zutilo and my own autohotkey scripts. Now that I know there are more options, some day I might commit to learning them and changing all my scripts.
The reason I am impatient is that I use Zotero __a lot__, for several different things. But indeed then I am less patient to research the upgrades and change all my ways of working.

You can create custom keyboard shortcuts with the Actions & Tags plugin.
If you have a specific feature request related to tags, you should start a new thread for that.
