Upgrade StorageWord plug in not working
I am desperate... I opened Word to work on an important deadline and noticed that the Zotero tab has disappeared from the ribbon.
Here’s everything I’ve tried so far, none of which has worked:
Reinstalled the Zotero Word add-in multiple times
Completely uninstalled and reinstalled Zotero itself.
Checked Word’s add-ins list and Zotero does appear there
Manually downloaded Zotero.dotm from the website and placed it in Word’s Startup folder
Made sure the Startup folder is a trusted location in Word’s Trust Center.
Tried unblocking the Zotero.dotm file
I’m completely stuck at this point. Does anyone know why Word might still not recognise Zotero.dotm even after placing it manually in the correct folder?

adomasvenIf you open Zotero.dotm manually do you see Zotero.tab and do the commands in it work? If not, something on your system is preventing Macros from Zotero.dotm from running.
