Cannot create Bibliography "Error reported" Report ID 2124271429

Working extensively in Google Docs for 2 weeks in Firefox. Today Zotero cannot form a bibliography in a "Copy of" document without an error. (Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?). It worked fine 2 days ago. Initially I found errors saying document preferences not set, that has been fixed, the extension redownloaded, and I am still getting this error. I've closed and reopened several times. I've fixed enough that it can cite and bib in a new clean document. I do not want to break my main paper, it still seems to cite fine. I've used 5 copies of "Copy of" to test my bib and no go.

    1) I attempted to create a bibliography in a "Copy of" document for testing by selecting the Zotero menu in the ribbon, then selecting "add/edit bibliography".

    2) The error message is: "Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?"

    3) I followed the steps for Google on this page:https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/debugging_broken_documents#google_docs; including closing both programs; opening both programs; opening a clean new document, forming a cite, and then forming a bibliography. This now works but a "Copy of" document does not.

    4) I re-downloaded the extension in Firefox and repeated the sequence in 3) with the same errors.

    5) the Report ID from a 2 days ago is included in this title; I have not created a second ticket.

    6) I opened a new "Copy of" and set the document preferences to APA7, refreshed using the Zotero icon in the ribbon, then using the Zotero icon I clicked "add/edit bibliography" and received the same error language as 2).

    7) I clicked the icon and changed preferences to Chicago. I deleted the {Updating} bar, hit enter to a new line, then clicked the icon to "add/edit a bibliography", a bib was successfully created. I clicked the icon and changed preferences back to APA7 successfully.

    8) The current error reports, showing a "no style selected", when they were indeed set, follow below. At this point I may be able to work around the error for my deadline.

    Sorry, it seems like I never got back to you. This is now fixed in the Zotero Connector Beta, and will be fixed in the next Zotero Connector release. If you cannot use the Zotero Connector Beta, you can fix this by changing the citation style of your document to a different one, and then reverting back to the original one.
