How to upgrade my account

My institution has subscribed to Zotero, I'd like to upgrade my personal account to have unlimited storage but when I try to add my professional email as second address, I can't, I have the message "Failed to add email address. It may already be associated with another account.". I tried to recover my password with my professional email, but I didn't receive any message. What can I do ?

    Yes, you have separate accounts. There may have been a temporary problem that prevented the reset email from going out for the other account, but I've just triggered another reset email for you.

    You should delete the account you're posting from and continue using your older account. You can add this email address to that one.
