Upgrade StorageProblem with adding citations

When trying to add new citations to my text in Word (LTSC Professional Plus 2021 Version) using the Zotero Plug-In, Word crashes with the failure notice of Zotero, that something went wrong while updating the document.
I have tested everything written in the troubleshooting, but nothing helped.
